Adan Rangel, PE
Adan Rangel, PE, is a Project Engineer at Miller Gray with 11 years of experience specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure planning, design, permitting, and construction administration. A Texas A&M graduate, he brings strong technical leadership and a practical, operations-minded approach to delivering municipal improvements—particularly wastewater conveyance systems, force mains, interceptors, and lift stations.
Adan’s experience includes preparing and supporting key regulatory and planning documents such as TCEQ discharge permits (TPDES/TLAP), PERs, SW3Ps, stormwater management plans, MS4 permits, and PUCT CCN applications—helping clients move complex projects from concept through construction.
Representative work includes the SH29 Raw Water Relocation and the Santa Clara Collection System projects in Guadalupe County, which required extensive stakeholder coordination and construction administration across challenging crossings and environments.
When he’s not managing infrastructure projects, Adan enjoys running, dancing, and planning his next adventure. He loves to travel and recently checked Japan off his list. A self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, Adan is always on the lookout for new beans and brewing styles to try, believing the best conversations often start over a great cup of coffee.
