Rachel Gray served as the 2023/24 President of the local SMPS Austin chapter, a membership group with the goal to advocate, educate and connect leaders in the local building industry. Rachel's tenure as President included the creation of a three-year strategic plan for the chapter, as well as a surge in annual sponsorships to support its programming.
