What types of projects will I work on?

  • You’ll work on Central Texas infrastructure - water/wastewater, drainage & flood modeling, site development, and transportation-related improvements. Project mix varies by role and workload.

What does a typical week look like (office vs. field)?

  • Our roles are office-based. Site visits and construction support happen as needed by project phase.

What software and tools does the team use?

  • Common tools include Civil 3D, GIS, CAD and H&H modeling software.

How are teams structured and who will I work with?

  • You’ll work closely with PMs and principals in a small-team environment. That means quick feedback, real ownership, and visibility into decisions.

What does success look like in the first 90 days?

  • Learn our standards and workflows, build momentum with your team, and contribute reliably to active projects. You’ll have clear direction and regular check-ins.

Do you support EIT/FE and PE licensure?

  • Yes, mentoring and project exposure are built into our team to support licensure paths. We’ll align your work with your next milestone.

What training and professional development do you provide?

  • You’ll get hands-on mentoring plus role-relevant training and CE opportunities. We also encourage involvement in professional organizations, conferences and business development.

Is this position in-office, hybrid, or remote?

  • We’re primarily in-office to support collaboration and mentoring. Limited flexibility may be available depending on role and experience.

What are your core hours and how flexible is the schedule?

  • We keep standard business hours (8-5) and aim for predictable schedules. We support flexibility and communicate early around deadlines.
