Our History Miller Gray was founded in 2014 by Rachel Gray, Travis Wilson, and Dale Gray in Austin after decades of experience at regional and national engineering firms. Together, they shared a belief that Central Texas communities deserved an engineering partner that was more present, responsive, and invested. Engineering runs deep in our story — especially for Dale, whose father was a surveyor and uncle and great-grandfather were engineers — making problem-solving and infrastructure a family legacy.
