Russell McLain is a Senior CAD Designer at Miller Gray with 13 years of experience in civil engineering drafting and technical exhibit production. He specializes in detailed construction drawings across stormwater systems, land development, water and wastewater utilities, and subdivision design—supporting resilient infrastructure and smooth project delivery across Central Texas.

Russell has contributed to major efforts including the Immanuel 111 Offsite Utilities, Garden Villa Pipeline Renewal, and the Brooklands and Paramount subdivisions, and is a key connector between engineering teams, permitting agencies, and field data.

When he’s not working, Russell values time with his family, cheering on Texas football and tinkering with his RC cars.
