Miller Gray provided civil engineering services for St. David’s Foundation’s new Dental Hub in Mustang Ridge, a purpose-built facility supporting the Foundation’s mobile dental program across Central Texas. The facility provides space to store and service all 10 mobile dental clinics, along with staff offices and meeting space. Located in southeast Travis County near the intersection of four of the five counties served by the Foundation, the hub helps improve the efficiency and reach of dental services for communities throughout the region.
Miller Gray worked with St. David’s Foundation and the project architect from initial feasibility and conceptual site planning through final design and permitting. The site planning included realignment of an existing drainage channel to improve internal vehicle circulation, as well as driveway locations, parking, building layout and utility needs.
