Elise Budd, PE, is a Project Engineer at Miller Gray with seven years of experience delivering water, wastewater, and land development projects across Central Texas. She brings hands-on expertise in pipeline design, utility coordination, permitting, research, and detailed design, supporting both public infrastructure and private development from planning through construction.

Elise’s recent work includes the Garden Villa Lane Water & Wastewater Pipeline Renewal in Austin, where she supported storm drain, water, and wastewater rehabilitation within the West Bouldin Creek watershed, as well as the Immanuel Tract utility extensions in northeast Austin.

She has also supported major infrastructure efforts like West Congress Pipeline Renewal and Raw Water Intake Repairs & Floodproofing in Marble Falls, helping strengthen system reliability and resilience in flood-prone environments.

When she’s not engineering resilient infrastructure, Elise can be found learning Spanish, enjoying nature walks, and volunteering in the community as a member of Junior League of Austin.
