Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of our marketing efforts, including proposal coordination and submittals, marketing campaigns, social media management, awards and presentation submissions, and supporting project management activities. The ideal candidate will be an independent worker with a strong understanding of AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) marketing and a knack for organizing file structures efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proposal Coordination & Submittals: Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals. Work closely with engineers and project managers to create compelling and accurate proposal content.

· Marketing Campaigns: Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that promote our services and enhance our brand presence. This includes both digital and traditional marketing efforts.

· Social Media Management: Manage the firm’s social media accounts, create engaging content, and track performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.

· Project Management Support: Assist CFO and Project managers with administrative tasks, such as client invoicing, scheduling, client communication, and milestone tracking, ensuring projects stay on schedule.

· File Structure Organization: Maintain and organize marketing and project-related files, ensuring easy access and efficient retrieval of documents and resources.

· Creative Development: Bring fresh ideas and creativity to all marketing initiatives, ensuring that our materials stand out in the competitive AEC industry.

· Awards submissions and Presentations: Manage project submissions for industry awards through professional organizations, as well as submission for conference presentations.

· AEC Marketing Expertise: Utilize your understanding of the AEC industry to develop targeted marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and align with industry standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing, proposal coordination, or related role, preferably in the AEC industry.

Skills:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign.

· Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

· Experience with file structure organization and document management.

· Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
