The Brooklands Subdivision is a master-planned single-family residential development located in Hutto, Williamson County, Texas. Designed to accommodate approximately 660 homes, the subdivision also includes thoughtfully integrated open spaces, public roadways, sidewalks, and dedicated drainage infrastructure—supporting both livability and long-term resilience for the growing community.
Miller Gray supported the project by preparing and submitting final plat documents for various sections of the development. The team worked closely with the City of Hutto, coordinating with city staff and surveyors to address review comments and secure timely subdivision plat approval and recordation. Our collaborative approach helped keep the project on schedule while aligning with municipal requirements and development goals.
