Located in eastern Travis County, Kennedy Ridge Estates is served by the Kennedy Ridge Water Supply Corporation (KRWSC). The neighborhood’s aging low-pressure sewer system faces frequent maintenance issues, especially at public-private service connections. High pressure during peak use further stresses the system, increasing the risk of raw sewage exposure. To address this, Miller Gray designed improvements to create a more reliable and efficient wastewater system. The project includes 3,300 LF of 4” HDPE forcemain, jack-and-bores, new services and valves, erosion controls,
