The City of Lakeway’s new Police Station is located within the existing Yaupon Creek floodplain. Miller Gray was brought in to perform a hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of Yaupon Creek and an unnamed tributary adjacent to the site to support civil design. The analysis identified impacts to FEMA’s existing hydraulic model and required preparation and submission support for a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) and subsequent Letter of Map Revision (LOMR)
