Scope: Land Use, Preliminary Plan, Subdivision, Permitting
Project Details:
The Paramount Park Subdivision project brought critical infrastructure improvements to a densely populated neighborhood of over 500 homes. Miller Gray designed more than 21,000 linear feet of new streets, 2,000+ feet of sidewalks, and 200 ADA-compliant ramps—enhancing connectivity and walkability. To address traffic safety and mobility concerns, a roundabout was introduced at the busy Banff Drive/Garner Drive intersection. Miller Gray led the civil design, coordinated with subconsultants, and developed traffic control strategies. The team also provided public meeting support, responded to resident feedback, and maintained clear communication with the City of Kyle through weekly updates and comprehensive QA/QC processes.
